All orders are sent out within three days of being placed on this website. We use Royal Mail or DHL. Orders with a value of over £45.00 are shipped free of charge (excluding duty and taxes).

DUTY & TAXES

All items shipped outside the UK may be subject to local duty and taxes which are based on the value of the product. In the unlikely event that a customer refuses to pay duty and the items are returned, any costs incurred will be deducted by us before a refund is given.

REFUNDS

All orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are not given on bespoke, limited edition or original items. Missing items due to the shipping carriers may take longer to resolve, to make sure the items are not just delayed.
