View From A Pedalo In Hyde ParkOil on Birch Wood, 70 x 50 cm, 2020One of the first days of relative freedom, when the first pandemic lockdown ended, was a visit to Hyde Park in London with a friend and her son. Out on the water, the huge flocks of birds encircling us for food, felt menacing. It was a very hot day and the birds were glowing against the dark water.
